I am a licensed psychologist based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and Lake Placid, NY, providing individual therapy, consultation, and coaching within a psychological framework.

My work is grounded in clinical psychology and informed by an integrative approach to mental health, including nervous system regulation, lifestyle, and the mind–body connection. I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, and performance-related challenges, as well as those navigating periods of change or uncertainty in their lives.

Much of my work centers around major life transitions — including career shifts, retirement, evolving identities, or feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. I approach this work by addressing both the underlying psychological patterns and the practical, day-to-day changes that support meaningful progress.

I often work with athletes, creatives, and high-performing individuals, and have a particular interest in how pressure, identity, and performance intersect over time. My approach is not limited to reducing symptoms, but also focused on helping individuals build lives that feel more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling.

My clinical foundation includes training in rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute. I also draw from a background in health coaching and yoga, which inform a broader understanding of well-being, including how individuals eat, sleep, and care for themselves.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, and I approach each person with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for their individual experience.

I am currently licensed in New York (#020058) and Florida (#PY12642) and work primarily in a virtual setting. I provide services in accordance with applicable state guidelines.
